Returning products costs € 5.95 in the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands € 7.95.
You have 30 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the item. The item can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging with the original hang tag.
You can register your return via our return portal:
- Returns are only accepted within the 30 day return period.
- The items have not been worn and/or washed.
- There are no food stains, body odors and/or cigarette odors on the items.
- No attempt has been made to rectify a defect.
- The original hang tag is still attached to the item.
- If reasonably possible, the item will be returned in its original packaging.
- The shipping risk of the return is for the buyer.
- Insufficient or non-stamped returns are not accepted by us.
- Product and/or delivery errors must be reported to us with a description within 14 days of delivery.
- If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the shipment

We constantly monitor our online range with the utmost care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it can happen that an item is no longer in stock during the processing of the order. In the unlikely event that an item is not available, we will inform you within 5 working days with a Final Defect report, and we will refund the amount paid within 14 days.
Is the zipper of an item broken? Has your order not arrived? Whatever complaint you have, report it to us. You can contact our customer service by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Send us your order number and a photo of the complaint and we will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. We will answer your email within a few days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will let you know.
